Whether or not you’re in the industry, you’ve no doubt been exposed to numerous news headlines, reviews, and live updates from this event showcasing the most genius inventions and advancements in technology of our time.
Aside from producing the event, CEA unites 2,000 companies within the consumer technology industry. Their members tap into the valuable, innovative resources of unparalleled market research, networking opportunities, up-to-date educational programs, technical training, exposure in extensive promotional programs and the leading representation of the voice in the electronics industry.
Wanting to generate nation-wide awareness of their initiative Demo Days, they came to Revenew for concepts. Revenew collaborated with Aumcore for a creative campaign solution that could generate buzz focused around the Olympics, BYOD (bring your own device) and use of technology during football season.
Well versed in the world of technology and followers of the CEA and CES endeavors, the Aumcore team passionately accepted the challenge, and had the opportunity to explore the CEA landscape from an insider’s view.
Leveraging expert knowledge from in and outside the organization, Aumcore and Revenew created a fully integrated 360° degree campaign that was supported by communications ranging from print media to digital design in an effort to grow awareness in the consumer electronics market. Aumcore developed a 3-themed campaign to promote Demo Days that focused around the Olympics BYOD and electronics used during football season. The full range of media was strategized for maximum exposure and comprised of animated web banners, email blasts, a unique microsite, posters, Facebook ads and newspaper ads, and in-store displays.
Working closely alongside the Revenew, Aumcore generated nationwide awareness of CEA’s Demo Days campaign, which was launched on the Revenew Channel Platform used by many Consumer electronics retailers.
“This kind of media attention for a small, independent dealer truly is priceless!” – Kerry Moyer, Senior Director at CEA
The campaign for Demo Days truly gained significant traction. So much so, CEA was highlighted on local news channels throughout the country for their Demo Days campaign receiving national exposure and exceeding expectations for a truly successful campaign.
