Rethinking The User Prescription Experience
Restat wanted to enhance their members’ everyday lives by developing a tool that would create some transparency around prescription services and design a member-focused experience. This tool would allow users easy manageability of their own prescriptions, including history, pharmacy pricing comparison and convenient locations directory, all in one. Aumcore’s challenge was to create an easy-to-use, yet reliable mobile experience for every age group represented in Restat’s membership, simplifying the purchase and use of health care services through independent benefits management. Interactive design details and mobile features were strategized that would provide the best consumer experience. User-flow ideation schematics were formulated. Every detail, and every feature had to converge in such a way to provide a seamless experience based on real world scenarios that would be perceived by members as an added value.
